Would have Jennifer do it again! We could not be happier to have asked Jennifer to help us sell this home! She made suggestions and was spot-on with everything she said we should do. Yes, there was a bit of an 'investment'- a few hundred dollars made the house much more appealing to any potential buyer. We had had renters and the house needed some serious cleanup.
